PROPERTY MARKET CONTINUES RECOVERY IN SPAIN

PROPERTY MARKET CONTINUES RECOVERY IN SPAIN

Figures for April 2017 suggest that property prices have risen 5.5% year on year compared to April 2016. Ibiza is continuing to be a hot spot for European buyers, as is Alicante province with gains of around 2.3%. These statistics are in line with our data here at Citrine Real Estate Spain where we have seen continued growth and demand. In particular we have seen demand for properties under €130.000 grow substantially in the last 6 months or so and it shows no signs of slowing up.

Speaking in Quesada today Alison Wood said "Ciudad Quesada has seen a lot of coverage on television programs recently, like sun sea and selling houses, which has really put Quesada on the map. We are experiencing high demand for properties and nice properties are selling fast. Anyone looking to buy should consider buying now before prices rise much further"
