Having previously purchased property in Spain with another Estate Agent, I am now aware what it is like to work with a very Professional and friendly Estate Agents in Citrine. Alison and Nick could not do more for you keeping you updated every step of the way, transparent in communication both face to face and over email, the work they completed for us, along with Silvia their recommended lawyer from SGM Benijofar was superb as our representatives while not present in Spain. Would I recommend the 3 of them ? Totally, great friendly and professional people to deal with……….

 

Selling  Property in Spain

First time on selling a property in Spain, yes it’s a minefield, yes its costly ( its Spain ), however working with Nick and Alison from Citrine, made the whole process very transparent, from start to finish. Their knowledge of the area, the property that we had to sell, the timelines they recommended for us to work to helped ease the whole process. We had issues we were unaware of with our property, and with their help, the help of Silvia  SGM their recommended lawyer in Benijofar the situation was sorted quickly and most efficiently.
