We did not expect to complete on the purchase of our Spanish apartment during a global pandemic and for the process to be seamless.

Prior to lockdown we flew from the UK where we received a warm welcome from the Citrine Team. We were given a tour of the local area and we viewed our wonderful apartment.

Alison knew immediately following several pre visit telephone conversations the type of property we wanted for our young family.

We were kept in the loop regularly about the purchase process and the impact of lockdown in Spain since Alison and her team were working remotely. At no point did we wonder what was happening. We have received prompt, efficient and effective communication throughout the process.

Post completion Alison and her team have gone the extra mile to assist with our building works, cleaning and general queries.
