The Citrine team is by far the most professional group of realtors I have ever dealt with. Alison and Nick put you at ease from the onset and it only gets better from there. I have heard several horror stories of other realtors in this area who have really taken advantage of their clients. Not so, with Citrine.. Their knowledge of the area, home evaluation recommendations, what to watch out for, and countless other questions I had were all answered accurately and timely. They skillfully guide you through every step of the process and bring in other great professional teams such as SGM Legal (Silvia and Charlotte) and mortgage/banking experts (Santi was incredible!). Highly recommend their services as well.
The one thing I can’t underscore enough is their integrity. I immediately trusted their advice and counsel from viewings, to placing an offer, and completing the purchase. One last thing I’d mention is that being from the United States there were many additional hurdles I encountered that Europeans would not had to have gone through. But Nick, Alison, and the other experts on their team mentioned above got me to the finish line. Bottom line… you can’t beat Citrine. No one else comes close.
