On our quest for a Holiday home in the Costa Blanca. We initially Choose Citrine because of their excellent website . Whilst we were in the UK Alison and her team were fast to reply to any queries that we may of had ,and were eager to help. When we visited Spain for two weeks we had a afternoon booked initially but this turned into a day and a half as they got more of an idea of what we were looking for (although we changed our minds!).

We probably seen in the region of 10 homes and as is always the case the last but one was the one for us . Alison put in the offer and to everybody's amazement it was accepted!

However it doesn't end at that point Alison put in touch with SGM solicitors which they recommend (but do not take commission)in fact you will get the commission that SGM would have paid off you conveying fees as they have negotiated a special rate !

SGM were superb nothing was to much trouble we set up power of attorney and they basically handled everything within about 8 weeks !.

But it doesn't end there either ! Alison and her team are quite prepared to answer any questions and will give advise about all you will need when you move . They will make recommendations for odd job men etc. And their door is always open.

We would recommend Citrine and SGM to anyone with no hesitation
