IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT AND CITRINE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME

 I came over to the Costa Blanca South in May for 1 month, hired a car and visited areas I had searched online for 2-3 years. It was a long time dream to buy a property in Spain and after the frustration of Covid lockdown took some action. It was not my intention to buy but to look this visit, however, Citrine real estate had a couple of properties that were appealing and I decided to contact them for a viewing. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and Kirsty collected me from Torrevieja and off we went. We had a great conversation in the car answering all my questions about the area and pointing out areas of interest on the way. I fell in love and bought my dream come true. Citrine dealt with everything , working with lawyers in Benijofar and suggesting a currency company too for transfer of funds. A full package. It was a very pleasant experience throughout and Citrine have been there for me , no pressure and great aftersales service.
