ALL IN ALL A VERY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND PLEASANT PROCESS DEALING WITH THEM BOTH!!

Prior to meeting with Alison and Nick at Citrine Real Estate we had already been on a number of “Property Viewing” Holidays so we were keen to see properties that we would be likely to buy rather than the timewasting drivel that you are sometimes shown.

Alison and Nick really understood our brief and by the time we arrived in Spain to view properties they already had most of the properties that we wanted to see available and ready to view in the time that we were there. This saved a great deal of time, which for anyone who has been on “Viewing “ holidays knows, can be priceless as it afforded us the time to view a lot of properties all with great potential.

During our visit Nick was most helpful and informative and gave us plenty of information about the areas we visited. He drove us personally to view the properties himself, so we had no driving between viewings to deal with also. As we had managed to view most of the properties we wanted to see prior to arriving in Spain, this gave us a wider choice when we finally got to making an offer and we were able to complete our purchase recently.

Nicks help didn’t stop there as he has been very helpful guiding us through the purchasing process explaining all the legal details and timelines. Once we had completed our purchase, he also gave us many different contacts and tradespeople so that we may be able to get the house into good order and to our own taste quickly.

All in all a very helpful, informative and pleasant process dealing with them both!!
