PERFECT DREAM HOME IN SPAIN NOW A REALITY

We used Citrine Real Estate on a recent trip to Alicante ,with a view to finding a holiday home for us ,and eventually living there full time.

We corresponded with Alison before going over ,and explained what we were looking for

And the properties we wanted to look at .Most of them were in El Raso and around that area

Alison took great care to make sure we were shown all the ones we had selected ,and also took us to some she thought we would like

Nothing was too much trouble for Alison and Nick they ferried us about as we did not hire a car ,

We found a beautiful bungalow in El Raso which was one of Alison choices ,loved it straight away

Made an offer and it was excepted ,so now we have a beautiful home in the sun

Alison also introduced us to SGM a legal firm whom were very approachable and professional Silvia and Maria ,kept us informed of the whole process and explained every thing we need to know and do and regularly corresponded with us by email

So now we own our home in Spain ,which was a dream for many years
