The house is situated on a corner plot, ensuring extra space on ground level and there are also three tiled terraces on each level, with authentic Spanish rustic style balustrades and ceiling tiles. Access to the house is via the first terrace, which is set up for outside dining and offers direct views to the Mediterranean and mountains, making it a pleasurable place to sit with a cool drink and take in the surroundings. The solid security front door, with a brand new black ornate grill takes you directly into the large open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, which is an impressive 40m2.
