PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PURCHASING PROCESS

We would like to take the opportunity to thank you both for all your assistance and support in helping us to find and purchase our new home in Spain.
Having searched for a property in Spain for a few years, we had done quite a bit of research and were already sure of the exact location we wanted and the type of property we required and were initially very impressed by the Citrine website and the amount of information provided on the properties available, not least the number of photographs per each property. A picture tells a thousand words and such was the amount of detailed information provided by the photographs that we already had a very clear and useful indication from the outset as to whether or not certain properties we viewed were suitable and met our needs, before even setting foot through the gate!
We viewed two properties with Nick during our week long stay in October. Nick was very accommodating by initially showing us around these properties on a Saturday afternoon upon our arrival and was very knowledgeable about the area, building and planning regulations, local services and the purchase process, answering our queries comprehensively and with considerable insight. After a second viewing of one particular property within the same week, we decided to make an offer. At this point, we would like to express our gratitude and thanks to Nick who went ‘above and beyond’ in handling the subsequent negotiations, personally visiting the vendors in the evening and keeping us regularly updated whilst we were travelling back to the UK. By the time we arrived back, our offer had been accepted.
We would also like to thank you for introducing us to Sylvia and her legal team at SGM. You were absolutely right about the efficiency and responsiveness of Sylvia and her colleagues. Sylvia always appeared to be one step ahead in the process, explained everything in detail and answered all our subsequent queries promptly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sylvia, Charlotte and the rest of the team at SGM whose timely and regular communication meant that we were always aware of what was happening and confident in the process.
Finally, we would like to thank you both for your professionalism and attention throughout the whole purchasing process; from our initial contact to picking up the keys once the purchase had been completed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Citrine to other potential buyers. It was a pleasure meeting you both and we wish you every success for the future.
