We first met Nick and Alison in 2017, we were here house hunting and we had been severely ripped off by an unscrupulous estate agent and a useless lawyer.
What a pleasure it was to then work with Nick and Alison who restored our faith in human nature and the Spanish purchasing system.
Eventually they sold that house for us, and have also helped us purchase the new apartment, they also introduced us to SGM Abogardos, wonderful lawyers (we purchased and moved into the original house in 8 days). We still use them for everything including our tax returns.
Nick and Alison always act in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner, but always keep that friendly and approachable feeling.
