Within a few minutes’ walk you have a nice selection of of bars, restaurants and a supermarket plus the village square, padel tennis courts and a bus stop. The stunning sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura can be reached in less than a 15 minute drive and for the keen golfer there are several great golf courses nearby including; La Finca, La Marquesa, Vistabella and Las Colinas. If you enjoy cycling and walking then there are plenty of routes around the area and a flat route along the nearby River Segura which takes you all the way to Guardamar or Orihuela.
Stairs take you up to the second floor (no lift) with the first room being the spacious dine in kitchen where Here you have plenty of wall and base units, built in oven and hob along with a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and fridge freezer. Across from this you have a great sized living area with multiple windows letting in plenty of light. Formentera Del Segura is a popular Spanish village that over the past few years has evolved into a multinational village without losing its Spanish character and charm. Formentera is able to offer you many local amenities and is only a short drive from the water park in Rojales and a short drive from many great golf courses such as La Marquesa and La Finca. The wonderful award winning blue flag beaches of Guardamar are only a short drive away, with Alicante airport being only 35 minutes drive, San Javier only 45 minutes and the new Corvera airport approx 50 minutes away.
